Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • 2. In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
