Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 2. In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
- 3. Crack the egg into a separate shallow dish and whisk until well beaten.
- 4. Dip both sides of each slice of bread into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
