Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 loaf of bread
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- 2. Add the softened butter and cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Mix well until fully combined.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 4. Slice the loaf of bread into thick slices.
- 5. Spread a generous amount of the banana butter mixture onto one side of each bread slice.
