Ingredients
- 2 pounds alcatra beef
- 2 pounds maminha beef
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the alcatra and maminha beef into thick slices.
- Place the beef slices in a large baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the beef slices, making sure to coat both sides.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the beef slices.
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- Place the potato wedges in the baking dish, around the beef slices.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
