  • 2 pounds alcatra beef
  • 2 pounds maminha beef
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the alcatra and maminha beef into thick slices.
  • Place the beef slices in a large baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
  • Sprinkle the spice mixture over the beef slices, making sure to coat both sides.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the beef slices.
  • Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  • Place the potato wedges in the baking dish, around the beef slices.
  • Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper.
