Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
- Add the yogurt, vegetable oil, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
