Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 2 heads of bok choy, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1/4 cup of vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and vegetable broth to make the sauce.
- In a large pan, heat some oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
