Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 heads of bok choy, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and vegetable broth to make the sauce.
