Ingredients

  • 1 lb bok choy
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Wash and chop the bok choy into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the red bell pepper and yellow onion into thin strips.
  • Mince the garlic.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
