Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 oz salami, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the broccoli and cauliflower florets and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.
  • Drain the vegetables and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
