Ingredients
- 1/2 cup black tapioca pearls
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brewed black tea
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to package instructions.
- 2. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved, stirring occasionally.
- 3. In a blender, combine the brewed black tea, milk, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- 4. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the bottom of a glass.
- 5. Pour the blended tea mixture over the pearls.
- 6. Drizzle the brown sugar syrup over the top of the drink.
- 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
