Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup black tapioca pearls
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brewed black tea
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • 1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to package instructions.
  • 2. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. In a blender, combine the brewed black tea, milk, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  • 4. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the bottom of a glass.
  • 5. Pour the blended tea mixture over the pearls.
