Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Stir until the blueberries are coated in the sugar mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, melted butter, walnuts, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  • Pour the blueberry mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
