Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Stir until the blueberries are coated in the sugar mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, melted butter, walnuts, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
- Pour the blueberry mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
