About this recipe

Indulge in these fudgy black bean brownies that offer a healthier alternative to traditional brownies. Made with protein-packed black beans, these brownies are irresistibly moist and rich in chocolate flavor, with a dose of fiber. You'll love serving this dish to unsuspecting guests who'll never guess the secret ingredient!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
