Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, combine the black beans, cocoa powder, oats, salt, honey or maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
