Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a food processor, combine the black beans, cocoa powder, oats, salt, honey or maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
