Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, cut into cubes
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
