Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
- 4. Add peas to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until peas are tender.
- 5. Return beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the beef and peas. Stir well to combine.
- 6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
