Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth in a bowl and set aside.
