Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside.
  • 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  • 3. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
  • 4. Add peas to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until peas are tender.
  • 5. Return beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the beef and peas. Stir well to combine.
  • 6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  • 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
