Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, cut into small cubes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper.
- Cook until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the can of diced tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine.
- Return the beef to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the beef mixture.
- Stir well to combine and heat through.
