Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, cut into small cubes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper.
  • Cook until the vegetables are softened.
  • Add the can of diced tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Return the beef to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the beef mixture.
  • Stir well to combine and heat through.
