- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 cup marinara sauce

- 1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 2. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- 3. In a third shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- 4. Dip each mozzarella stick into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- 5. Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
- 6. In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
- 7. Fry the frozen mozzarella sticks in batches for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- 8. Remove the mozzarella sticks from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
