Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Coconut oil for cooking

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the bananas, eggs, oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  • Blend until smooth.
