Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to the bowl and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
