- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- 1. In a blender or food processor, blend the oats until they are a fine powder.
- 2. Add the banana, flaxseed, baking powder, cinnamon, almond milk, egg, vanilla extract, and honey to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- 3. Stir in the chopped walnuts, if using.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
