Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. In a blender or food processor, blend the oats until they are a fine powder.
