  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 large egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

    Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl and mix. Press the mixture into a 9-inch tart pan.
