Ingredients

  • 1 cheeku, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 scoop (22 g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions

    Mash banana and cheeku in a large mixing bowl.

    Add oats, cottage cheese, eggs, protein powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, honey, and milk.
