Ingredients
- 4 fillets of white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 head of cabbage, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon herb marinade over them. Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
