Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread the sweet potatoes out on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
