- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the sweet potatoes out on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
