Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
