Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
