Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the avocado sauce.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the avocados, lemon juice, garlic, basil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
