Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, carrot, zucchini, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
