Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the turmeric, ginger, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
