  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions
