- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed tomato soup
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and mix well to combine.
