Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, honey, coconut oil, almond butter, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips, chopped almonds, dried cranberries, raisins, chia seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls or bars.
- Place the balls or bars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the mixture to firm up.
