Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine almond milk and coconut milk. Heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
