Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken breast, broccoli florets, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
