Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 2 lbs of pork shoulder, cut into chunks
- 1 cup Whole30 compliant BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F.
- Season the ribs and pork shoulder with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, add the pork shoulder to the baking sheet and continue baking for another 1.5 hours.
- Remove the ribs and pork from the oven and brush with the Whole30 compliant BBQ sauce.
