Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 2 lbs of pork shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Whole30 compliant BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  • Season the ribs and pork shoulder with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
