Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, diced
- 1 lb pork, diced
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
