- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers

- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Mix the cilantro lime rice, black beans, tomatoes, red onion, bell peppers, cilantro, jalapeno, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Lay a tortilla flat and add 1/4 of the mixture to the center. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
