  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
