Ingredients
- 1 block of extra-firm tofu
- 1 cup of plant-based milk
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into chick'n-sized pieces.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the plant-based milk and spices.
- Dredge each piece of tofu in the flour, then dip into the milk mixture, and coat again in flour.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chick'n pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
