- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken breasts to the pot and cook until browned.
- Add the turmeric powder and cumin powder to the pot and stir well to coat the chicken.
