Ingredients

  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Wash and peel sweet potatoes. Cut into small cubes and place in a large pot of boiling water. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  • Drain sweet potatoes and return to pot. Add brown sugar, butter, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mash until smooth.
