Ingredients
- 1 pound steak
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices of cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 3. Drizzle olive oil over the steak and rub it in.
- 4. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
