Soya Chaap Delight
A delicious and healthy vegetarian dish made with soya chaap and a blend of spices.
Nutrition Per Serving
- 10-12 pieces of soya chaap
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Boil the soya chaap in water for 5-7 minutes and drain the water.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onion and green chilli and sauté until onion turns golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add chopped tomato and cook until it turns soft.
- Add coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add boiled soya chaap and mix well with the masala.
- Add yogurt and mix well.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
