Ingredients

  • 10-12 pieces of soya chaap
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Boil the soya chaap in water for 5-7 minutes and drain the water.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • Add chopped onion and green chilli and sauté until onion turns golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • Add chopped tomato and cook until it turns soft.
  • Add coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add boiled soya chaap and mix well with the masala.
  • Add yogurt and mix well.
  • Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
