  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the smoked sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
