Ingredients

  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2-inch piece of ginger, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup dried persimmons, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried jujubes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots, sliced
  • 12 pine nuts
