Ingredients
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into chunks
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the salmon chunks and cook until opaque and flaky, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine pasta, shrimp, and salmon back to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the alfredo sauce.
- Serve the shrimp and salmon alfredo hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
- Enjoy!
