About this recipe

Experience a decadent and creamy delight with our Shrimp and Salmon Alfredo. Succulent shrimp and tender chunks of salmon are enveloped in a luscious Alfredo sauce, perfectly coating fettuccine pasta. This dish brings the richness of the ocean to your plate, making it an exquisite choice for a special dinner.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 10 ounces salmon fillet, cut into chunks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

In the same skillet, add the salmon pieces and cook until they are opaque and flake easily, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  4. 4

Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  5. 5

Add heavy cream to the skillet, bringing it to a gentle simmer until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. 7

Return the pasta, shrimp, and salmon to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sauce.

  8. 8

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
