Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into chunks
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the salmon chunks and cook until opaque and flaky, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine pasta, shrimp, and salmon back to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the alfredo sauce.
  • Serve the shrimp and salmon alfredo hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
  • Enjoy!
