- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 1 lb clams, cleaned
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper and sauté until softened.
- Add the diced tomatoes, white wine, parsley, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, mussels, and clams to the pot.
- Cover the pot and let cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels and clams have opened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
