Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the cauliflower to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly softened.
