Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix together oats and protein powder.
- 2. Add almond butter and honey to the bowl and mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- 3. Fold in dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and chopped almonds.
- 4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish.
- 5. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
