Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup of barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • 2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.
  • 3. Rub the dry rub all over the pork ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • 4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  • 5. Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
  • 6. Remove the foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
