Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.
- 3. Rub the dry rub all over the pork ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
- 4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- 5. Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
- 6. Remove the foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
- 7. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake the ribs for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
- 8. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
