Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.
- 3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure to coat all sides.
- 4. Cover the dish with foil and let the pork marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
- 5. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
