Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.
