- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Score the pork belly skin with a sharp knife, 1 cm apart.
