- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 tsp lemongrass paste
