Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork belly
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2. Score the pork belly skin with a sharp knife.
  • 3. Rub salt and pepper all over the pork belly.
  • 4. In a bowl, mix together garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and water.
