Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork belly
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2. Score the pork belly skin with a sharp knife.
- 3. Rub salt and pepper all over the pork belly.
- 4. In a bowl, mix together garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and water.
- 5. Place the pork belly in a baking dish and pour the garlic mixture over it.
